Rainer Schneider founded a company in Wissen specializing in cable harness and cable assembly as a civil law partnership (GbR).
The Rainer Schneider Cable Harness Assembly and Assembly GmbH was divided into the Rainer Schneider Proprietorship (GbR) and the Rainer Schneider Cable Harness Assembly and Assembly GmbH (Operating Management Company).
The commercial property in the "Alte Hütte" industrial area in Wissen was acquired. Due to significant growth, the construction of a new 300 sqm administration and production facility became necessary in the same year.
As part of the continuous expansion, an extension of the production area to a total of 1,160 sqm took place.
The formation of a new company, "SAS Immobilien GbR," with three equal partners took place to build a new 700 sqm production hall. Currently, the company has a total production area of 1,860 sqm.
As part of the succession planning, Rainer Schneider GmbH is transformed into a GmbH & Co. KG. In this context, Christoph Augst and Christoph Schneider become partners in the company.
Extensive renovation measures and the construction of a high-bay warehouse with over 750 storage locations.
In the course of the introduction of the Minimum Wage Act, all employees earning 450 euros were transferred to social insurance-contributing employment relationships.
Schneider Cable Harness Assembly celebrates its 50th anniversary. Instead of a grand celebration, we support the construction of a school in African Togo.
Thanks to very effective crisis management, we were able to overcome the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. With an excellent order situation, Schneider Cable Harness Assembly looks optimistically towards the future.
