Multi-conductor cables involve running multiple strands within a single cable jacket to save space and achieve assembly without the need for cable ties or additional jackets and insulation.

We assemble multi-conductor cables with diameters up to 25mm, producing them either in straight lengths or wound and automatically cut starting from a length of 2500mm. Upon request, your cables can also receive individual printing with the company name, part number, or production week.

A special feature in Schneider Kabelsatzbau's multi-conductor assembly is a rotary unit that can easily strip problematic insulations. Shield windows can also be automatically cut using this system.

We assemble our multi-conductor cables with connectors, contacts, and connectors from reputable manufacturers such as Wago, Phoenix, Weidmüller, Harting, JST, Stocko, or Molex.
