Single Conductors

Single strands consist of many thin copper wires and are the most flexible conductors. They are used wherever high flexibility is required.

We process your special order starting from 1 piece and are flexible in the use of machines or precise manual work. We achieve fully automatic processing of individual wires in a cross-sectional range from 0.14 mm² to 6.0 mm², whether single-stranded or double-crimped. From a cross-section of 0.5 mm², we can print your wires in black or white, and continuous printing is also possible.

For orders in the field of control technology, we are able to manufacture sections in the model 111-222-333 or 123-123-123.

Schneider Kabelsatzbau has a well-equipped machinery, including state-of-the-art Komax fully automatic machines and more than 200 different crimping tools. To ensure the best quality at all times, we use components from brands such as Lear, Tyco, Molex, JST, Amphenol, or Hans Schatz in our production. For cables, we primarily source from Lapp-Kabel, Helukabel, Kordes, or KBE.
