In order to meet all customer requirements, Schneider Cable Harness Assembly employs all common cable assembly methods. Depending on the application, we manufacture connecting cables using methods such as insulation displacement (IDC), compacting, soldering, or crimping. Our capabilities also include twisted pair cables in pairs, triplets, or quadruplets. Our state-of-the-art machine park features over 200 crimping tools, as well as semi-automatic and fully automatic machines from leading partners in the electronics industry such as Komax, Lumberg, or Stocko.
This allows the realization of both standard and customer-specific special solutions. Depending on the size of the order, production can be carried out fully automated, semi-automated, or manually. As a finishing touch, we also offer personalized cable printing or cable labeling services.
