Crimping

Perfectly connectable

To create ready-to-connect electrical connections from cables, the conductor ends need to be processed accordingly. One simple yet effective method for this is crimping. It is a joining process where the conductor ends are securely pressed together using tools such as crimping pliers in a gas-tight manner.

Depending on the connection type and conductor class, the strands can be pressed into various profiles and finally equipped with suitable ferrules, crimp connectors, or cable shoes.
